Priorities for general practice in England: Primary Care Networks, digital technology and delivering the GP contract

This conference will be a timely opportunity to discuss the next steps for general practice in England.


It takes place in the context of:


  • The latest GP contract with its focus on the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan;
  • The development of Primary Care Networks across the country; and
  • Goals to offer digital-first primary care to patients by 2023/24.

Attendees will assess key issues for the delivery of the GP contract and the framework for services over the next five years, including progress on:


  • Addressing workforce issues;
  • Improving the Quality and Outcomes Framework; and
  • Implementing the NHS Long Term Plan.
