This conference focused on policy priorities relating to workplace rights for people with disabilities in England.

Key stakeholders and policymakers discussed latest thinking and priorities for inclusivity in work environments, reporting, helping people into employment, and skills and apprenticeship opportunities.

It was an opportunity for delegates to discuss the next steps for the National Disability Strategy and how it can be harnessed to improve employment rates and experiences for people with disabilities, as well as assessing the impact the pandemic has had on progress in implementation.

The conference also considered priorities for recruitment and retention, as well as whole-organisation approaches to improving inclusion, employer engagement, and workplace transparency.
