The Role
We're looking for a proactive and diligent Stakeholder Research & Data Officer to join our marketing team. This is a multifaceted role that supports our 16 forums. You'll use a variety of technology and digital tools to build and manage stakeholder data, helping to guide our marketing strategy and support the delivery of our online policy conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and building high-quality stakeholder lists using a variety of tools to support marketing for our conferences.
- Managing trackers, assigning tasks to colleagues, and monitoring progress on research projects.
- Conducting competitor research, coordinating with colleagues, and supporting outreach opportunities.
- Conducting stakeholder searches using a variety of platforms and tools.
- Liaising with external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work.
- Hosting and providing technical support for our virtual conferences.
- Producing reports and summaries to inform marketing strategy.
About You
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong research and analytical skills.
- Confident in using technology and digital tools to assist your work.
- Past experience conducting research and using technology and digital tools to support this (formal or informal).
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- An interest in UK public policy and current affairs.
