This seminar looked at next steps for the development and implementation of health technologies, challenges for wider take-up and investment, and the impact of digital health advancements on financial and health outcomes.
Following the release of NHS England's Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS) Resource for Commissioners, which aims to maximise the value of digital technology for patients, carers and commissioners, sessions provided an opportunity to discuss the latest advancements in digital health, and to learn from examples of best practice the opportunities for improving access to services and self-care.
Attendees also considered the impact of the Integrated Digital Care Technology Fund, the future for telehealth, and key issues surrounding investment, regulation and adoption of health technologies.
