Sessions focused on the rollout of superfast broadband, stimulating consumer demand and the prospects for applications such as telehealth and mobile payment to drive the take-up of broadband services, as well as how to foster a joined-up approach from the private, public and third sectors to promote digital inclusion and the delivery of 'digital by default' public services.
