As the European Commission consider whether a review of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) for TV and “TV-like” services is needed as part of their Digital Single Market Strategy, this seminar offered delegates a timely opportunity to assess the commercial, regulatory and public policy challenges facing audiovisual media services in Europe and the priorities for a regulatory environment fit for the digital age.
