This seminar will examine the implications for homes and businesses of Government plans for smart-metering in every UK home by 2020. Discussion will focus on key themes emerging from the current consultation by the Department of Energy and Climate Change, and the agenda will include sessions on the practicalities of mass roll-out, the challenges and opportunities for the energy sector and the wider impact on householders - including vulnerable groups.
