Westminster Business Forum

Priorities for developing the UK's Industrial Strategy

Morning, Tuesday, 28th November 2017

1 Wimpole Street, London W1G 0AE

THIS EVENT IS CPD CERTIFIED

This seminar will consider next steps for developing the UK’s industrial strategy. It is timed as Government develops a white paper on the issue - which is expected to be published later this year - building on its consultation from the last Parliament.

Sessions will look at the future role of industrial strategy in supporting key areas of the national and regional economy - such as skills, innovation, infrastructure and productivity - as well as options around its approach to specific markets and sector deals. Delegates will also consider the impact of Brexit on trade, workforce and economic growth as negotiations begin with the European Union.
