The next steps for integrating health, housing and the built environment - new models of care and early indications from Healthy New Towns

Thursday, 16th March 2017

Central London

THIS EVENT IS CPD CERTIFIED

Following NHS England and Public Health England’s announcement of ten demonstrator sites for ‘Healthy New Towns’, this seminar will be a timely opportunity to assess the progress made in integrating health with housing across England, in line with commitments to develop new care models in NHS England’s Business Plan 2016/17.

Delegates will also consider the impact of joining up design of the built environment with healthcare services; priorities for collaboration between the health and housing workforces; developing the use of technologies to support homecare - with opportunities for tackling isolation and improving care for older people; as well as key issues for patient and public involvement.
