Next steps for dentistry: prevention, contract reform and children’s oral health

Morning, Tuesday, 13th March 2018

Central London

Delegates at this conference will assess the future for dentistry and oral health in England.

Sessions will consider the next steps for working across healthcare and education to deliver Smile4Life, the potential impact of the Soft Drinks Levy from next year and further initiatives for preventing tooth decay, as well as priorities for the full introduction of a dental contract in 2018 and practicalities for wider implementation of the prototypes.

Attendees will also examine the development of a multi-professional approach to oral health and the key challenges for professional and clinical regulation in dentistry.
