This conference will be an opportunity for stakeholders and policymakers to discuss themes emerging from the Department for Education’s recently concluded consultation on plans to improve the quality of higher technical education in England (which includes Foundation Degrees, HNDs, HNCs, CertHE as well as Level 4 and 5 diplomas, certificates and NVQs).
