This timely seminar focused on the future for England’s school system.
Delegates considered the future position of grammar and faith schools; and the role of independent schools and universities within the school system in the coming years - addressing key areas of concern and assessing the likely impact on the wider school system.
Following the publication of the Education Select Committee report into MATs which expressed concern about their effectiveness and performance, further sessions assessed priorities for them going forward exploring issues around accountability, governance and sustainability as they continue to play a significant role within the school system.
