Five years on from the launch of the School Food Trust, this seminar examined progress towards improving the school lunch time and raising the nutritional standard of school food. Sessions covered the role of education around food provenance and production, the reintroduction of cooking to the school classroom and the success of school food initiatives in engaging the wider community.
