With many schools boycotting SAT tests and some secondary schools testing new pupils separately when they arrive, the Government is expected to announce a comprehensive review of Key Stage 2 assessment. This seminar will bring together key stakeholders such as teachers, awarding bodies and academics to consider what should be covered by KS2 assessment and whether KS2 tests should be held in Year 6 or Year 7, as well as exploring the possibilities for electronic assessment.
