This seminar will provide a timely opportunity to consider the policy priorities for managing frailty and improving care for older people in England.

Delegates will consider priorities for reducing delayed transfers of care and relieving ‘front door hospital pressures’, as well as the wider implementation of the enhanced health in care homes vanguards, the changing role of the third and independent sector in delivering integrated and quality care and priorities for regulating older peoples care.
