Next steps for delivering the new models of care and vanguard sites

Morning, Wednesday, 25th October 2017

The Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London SW1X 7DR

This conference will provide a timely opportunity to discuss challenges and next steps for delivering NHS England’s New Models of Care programme.

Delegates will assess progress on meeting Department of Health targets for new models of care to cover at least half of England’s population by 2020, and the role the programme will play in supporting the Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships.

Further areas for discussion include challenges in contracting and governing new systems, the potential of vanguards to reduce pressures on general practice and emergency care, as well as the impact of the new models of care on patient care, choice and experience.
